HOW I PROCESS YOUR ORDERS

Each purchase is made-to-order by me only. After receiving your order confirmation, I will do my very best to have your order made and carefully packaged and ready to be shipped from my studio within 4 - 5 business days. Based on the number of orders coming in at a time, this may vary.

Orders are processed in the sequence they come in. I will always make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible however, I cannot compromise my standard of craftsmanship and overall quality by going too quickly.

In case of any major delay on my part, I will send a personal notice via email.

You’ll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order is picked up.
